Hardwick as security, are held and firmly boundunto the State of Arkansas for the use and bendfit of the CommonSchool Fund of Logan County, in the penal sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS,for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bindourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators firmly by thesepresents.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, that whereas, the abovebounded Granvil Hardwick has this day applied to the Clerk of theCounty Court of Logan County for a License authorizing thesolemnization of the Rites of Matrimony between the said GranvilHardwick and Frona Kerr.
