Blancett, Erika L.
LAKE CITY -- Erika L. Blancett, 22, of Lake City died Saturday, July 30, in an accident east of Trumann.
Born at Jonesboro, she lived most of her life in the Lake City area. She graduated from Riverside High School in Lake City in 2000 and was attending Arkansas State University. She was employed by Hytrol Conveyor Co. and attended Temple Baptist Church.
Survivors include her parents, Mark and Gina Blancett of Lake City; a sister, Nichole Moore of Paragould; and her grandparents, Barry and Lucy Holden of Lake City, Calvin Blancett of Medina, Tenn., and John Jones and Joe and Nina Robertson, all of Paragould.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro, with Jerry Jolly officiating. Burial will be in Lake City Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Brad Doyle, Lee Dees, Mark Jordan, Paul Rutherford, Matt Caldwell and Jonathan Atkinson.
Night shift production employees of Hytrol and Richard Holden will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
