Blansett, James Travis
TYRONZA — James Travis Blansett, 64, of Tyronza passed away Monday, March 3,
at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Visitation will be this evening from 5-9 at Corner’s Chapel Baptist Church in
Payneway with services at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church and burial in Marked Tree
Cemetery.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and member of Corner’s Chapel Baptist Church.
Mr. Blansett is survived by his wife, Virdie Blansett of Tyronza; sisters, Jackie Russell
of Bono, Linda Dempsey of Mammoth Spring and Gracie Hall of Wynne; brothers, Joe Blansett
of Harrisburg, Carroll Blansett, Otis Blansett and Ricky Blansett, all of Tyronza and
numerous nieces and nephews.
